Unilever Business and Marketing Support AG, ("Unilever") has entered into a contractual agreement with QuestionPro, as the host for this site. For the purpose of data protection law, Unilever are the data controller and QuestionPro are the data processor.

In the course of providing services on our behalf, QuestionPro is bound by strict contractual restrictions to make sure that your personal data is protected, and applicable data protection laws are complied with. QuestionPro will not use your data for any purpose other than in support of its services to Unilever. Neither QuestionPro nor Unilever will disclose your personal data to any other parties, other than described in this Privacy Policy, without your consent.

In terms of your visits to Our Site we record length of visits to certain pages, page response times and errors. This information does not identify you personally.

5. How do we use your data?

5.4.1. Requests to unsubscribe are actioned automatically and immediately. This process deactivates your membership; preventing you from logging in to Our Site and receiving any further communications from us.

5.4.2. The personal data belonging to unsubscribed members is deleted within 3 months of the unsubscribe request being received. Aggregated data and anonymised responses to research activities remain unless you specifically request them to be removed.

6. How and where do we store your data?

6.1. Some or all of your data may be stored outside the European Economic Area (“the EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers.
